RHA Landscape Architects-Planners, Inc. is an Inland Empire-based Landscape Architectural design firm located in Riverside, with a 33-year history of producing exemplary products for public and private clients throughout Southern California.

Randy is a Life Director of the BIA Riverside, he has been a member for 32 years and served 28 years on the Board of Directors, served seven terms in various Vice President positions, is active with LAC and Chairs the Golf Committee.  Randy is a past president of the American Society of Landscape Architects (both ASLA/Southern California Chapter& ASLA/California Council); he is a past president of SMC Inland Empire and has been recognized with the BJ Justice Laurel Award as "Volunteer of the Year".  He has been recognized as “Industry leader of the Year” and serves on the GSMC Board of Directors.   Randy also served two terms on the BIASC Board of Directors.

We are dedicated to the concept of a thorough environmental design process. Our staff is trained in the physical and life sciences as well as in the art of design and the principles of construction. Because of this background and our respect and understanding for the relationships between people and the environment, we frequently develop and guide interdisciplinary teams that include other design professionals such as architects, engineers and planners.
