John Snell, member of the BIA Riverside Board of Directors, joined Lewis Operating Corporation on October 1, 2012. He currently manages The Villages of Lakeview, South Pointe in Diamond Bar, Deep Creek Apple Valley and the University Village Project in Loma Linda. He also works with the Multi-Family and Acquisitions departments when needed.

John started his career in civil engineering, initially working for Wes Engineering then Adkan Engineers. In 1995 he left civil engineering and went into land development and home building. John has worked or consulted for K. Hovnanian, Brookfield Communities, Concordia Homes, American Pacific Homes, Mission Development Company, Inland Communities and Mancinetti Construction.
