Marty Langpap serves as the President of the Southern California Inland Division for Standard Pacific Homes, one of the nation’s leading publicly traded homebuilders (NYSE: SPF). In this role, he oversees all aspects of the Company’s homebuilding operations in the Inland Empire.
For almost fifteen years, Marty has played a critical role in the development and growth of the Division and has contributed to the achievements that distinguish Standard Pacific Homes in Southern California. Upon joining the Company in January of 2000, Marty worked as a Market Analyst and was one of the original employees of the Southern California Inland Division. He held progressive roles within the Land Acquisition discipline until being named Vice President of Land Acquisitions in January of 2007. In 2010, he was named Vice President of Project Management and Land Acquisitions and was promoted to Division Manager in 2011. In 2012 Marty was named President of the Southern California Inland Division.
Marty earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics, from the University of California Santa Barbara. He is a Southern California native and lives in Yorba Linda with his wife and their two children.
