Halladay & Mim Mack

Halladay & Mim Mack, Inc., is a full service civil engineering and land surveying firm specializing in providing our personal and attentive service to our builder and developer clients throughout Southern California. Having celebrated our 30th Anniversary, we look forward to doing our part in rebuilding our industry.

We look at the civil engineering and land surveying disciplines as the “quiet” part of home building: Our work helps define the back bone of new communities, provide a base for the foundation of homes to be built, and give families safe roads and pathways from their homes to schools, parks, their businesses and areas of entertainment. Our efforts also establish adherence and compliance to underlying governmental, environmental, codified and regulatory obligations to protect the builder and the homeowner. Our goal is to hide our work. “When the design of a project is prepared with creative attention to detail, use and aesthetics, the public, our client and the new homeowner won’t really see what we have accomplished”. The smoother the roadways, the easier the access to homes and the more comfort found in enjoying the architecture and landscaping while moving through a new community, the better the indication that we have achieved what we set out to accomplish.

Part of our philosophy is to help our builder and developer clients, and the architects and landscape architects realize the fulfillment of their creative ideas. Another is helping new communities grow and playing our part in providing everyone a safe place to live. We have been doing this as a member of the Riverside Chapter of BIA since 1995.

Coming Home: Halladay & Mim Mack has recently relocated our office to Rancho Cucamonga where our roots began, and where we can watch and contribute to the growth of the Inland Empire.
