KB Home Recognized for Mobile Health Clinic Donation

KB Home was recognized and thanked by the Riverside County Regional Medical Center Foundation and Riverside County Board of Supervisors today for contributing a new Mobile Clinic for the Center.

The Mobile Health Clinic will be operated by Riverside County Regional Medical Center and will provide a new access point for healthcare, enabling the program to expand throughout Riverside County.

The Foundation presented Mike Freeman of KB Home with a commemorative plaque at a special ribbon-cutting ceremony at this morning's Riverside County Board of Supervisors meeting. Freeman said he was tremendously proud KB Home was to be able to raise more than $420,000 in five years to fund the Mobile Clinic's acquisition. The amount is part of KB Home's $1 million pledge to the Foundation.

KB Home has organized an annual golf tournament to raise the funds for the Foundation. The Riverside Chapter of the Building Industry Association of Southern California has been a proud sponsor for the last two years.
