Riverside Building Industry Association is dedicated to planning for the needs of our communities. Good planning means that new communities must complement existing communities; meet guidelines regarding water availability; and include roads, parks and schools to accommodate current and future residents.

• Planning for Our Future

Riverside County Integrated Project (RCIP):
The county-wide integrate plan balancing environmental protection with transportation and housing needs

Community and Environmental Transportation Acceptability Process (CETAP): The long-term transportation planning process to improve roads and highways.

• Protecting the Environment

Multi-Species Habitat Conservation Plan:
The most ambitious environmental protection plan in the nation protection nearly 150 species and conserving over 500,000 acres.

California Friendly Landscaping Program: The county-wide water conservation program.

California Green Builder Program: The comprehensive green building design program that dramatically increase energy and resource conservation.
