Partnership Program

BIA Riverside's Partnership Program was conceived by the Chapter in 1997. Contact the BIA/RC office at (951) 781-7310 to find out how you can be a part of the program that gives back!

HOW IT WORKS

Whether at $7,500.00 or $500, participants get the same year-round exposure and recognition, albeit within their individual sponsor category level.  After the funds are deposited, the Chapter holds one-half of each sponsor level amount in a prepaid account, which as the year progresses, is drawn down depending on the event you choose to attend.

As such, members essentially prepay their annual cost of attending our events, be they golf tournaments, general membership meetings and/or seminars.

**As an added bonus, we are allowing these funds to also be used at our annual Board Installation Dinner Party.

All of our Program participants are listed sponsors at all of our events.

For those members who wish to participate at the $1,500, $3,00.00, $5,000.00 & $7,500.00 levels, we gladly accommodate quarterly installments.

Members who wish to participate at higher levels can contact Michelle for further information.

Please call us with questions or if you wish, send this form with your choice to Michelle Peterson, Financial Administrator or fax to (951) 781-0509.  Thank you!

Why should your company partner with our Riverside County BIA Chapter?

The Riverside County Chapter is the only trade association advocating, representing, promoting and protecting the homebuilding industry in Riverside and Imperial Counties.

Even in these challenging times, our Chapter remains strong and continues to represent you and your company not only in our territory but also the region and State through our work with our parent, the Building Industry Association of Southern California and the California Building Industry Association.  Our Chapter has achieved much for the industry from successfully reducing fees and extending fee reductions to successfully supporting city council, school district and special district candidates who recognize and support policies promoting home building’s importance to this area.  Help us to continue this work by participating in our Riverside County Chapter’s 2012 Partnership Program!
