GOLF COMMITTEE

Chair: Marty Stout, Mayer Roofing
Staff: Kim Wilburn, Membership  Event Director, BIA/RC

Function:  To coordinate and plan two different tournaments in April and October.  Both tournaments consist of two sold out courses.  Different activities include set up of tables, chairs and tee signs the day of the event, monitoring golf course through out the day to make sure all players are satisfied, registration and raffle sales, handing out golf goodies and set up of dinner program immediately following tournament.

• Each committee member receives BIA-Riverside golf committee shirt
• Program recognition and public announcement at tournament
• Opportunities to hand out trophies and raffle prizes at award portion of event
